Beef & Rice Pita Pockets

Description: A robust blend of ground beef, rice, corn, black beans, salsa, cheese, and herbs stuffed into pita pockets. A tasty entree that is prepared on your stovetop in just minutes.
Suggestions: Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa on the side.

Wine suggestions: Barolo or Syrah/Shiraz
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat skillet with 2 Tbsp. (1 Tbsp. for 1/2 entrée) oil. Pour bag with beef and rice into skillet and simmer for 5-10 min., until mixture is hot. Place 1/2 cup mix into each pita half. Sprinkle cheese on top. ENJOY!
