Fajita Chicken & Peppers Pita Pockets

Description: A zesty combination of fajita chicken, red and green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheeses stuffed in pita pockets.
Suggestions: Serve with fresh fruit. Pour ranch dressing over the top for added flavor.

Wine suggestion: Pinot Noir.
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Add 2 Tbsp. olive oil to a hot skillet. Add vegetables to skillet and cook until vegetables are soft but firm. Add chicken and cook until hot. Remove from heat, add cheese, and mix. Place 1/2 cup of mixture into each pita pocket half. ENJOY!
