Thai Curry Shrimp with Jasmine Rice

Description: Large tail-less shrimp in an authentic Thai curry sauce. Our sauce is made with coconut milk and curry paste and brings the exotic taste of Thailand to your table. Serve over fluffy jasmine rice, provided.
Suggestions: Serve with jasmine rice (provided) and steamed snap peas.

Wine suggestion: Chardonnay
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Cook rice per instructions. Heat 1 tsp. oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Quickly sauté shrimp until they start to turn pink. Stir in curry sauce and simmer until slightly boiling (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and serve over rice. ENJOY!
