Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400° F. Place tilapia filets in a sprayed baking dish and brush with lemon/butter sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan crumb topping and then parsley. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until 145° F and fish flakes easily with a fork! ENJOY! |
