Florentine Chicken

Description: Plump, juicy chicken breasts smothered in a creamy parmesan sauce seasoned with Italian spices, topped with mozzerella cheese and served on a bed of spinach. Delizioso!
Suggestions: Serve with a side of linguine and garlic bread.

Wine suggestion: Chardonnay or White Burgundy
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350° F. Place spinach in bottom of a sprayed baking dish. Pour chicken and sauce over spinach. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until meat thermometer reaches 165° F. ENJOY!
