Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400° F. Place tilapia filets in a sprayed baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumb topping. Bake uncovered for approximately 15-20 minutes until 145° F. and fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with sliced almonds. ENJOY! |
