Italian Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Description: Our boneless, skinless chicken breasts are stuffed with a mixture of artichokes, roasted red peppers, mozzerella cheese, and a blend of herbs and spices. They are lightly hand-breaded for a delicious, elegant entree.
Suggestions: Serve with rice pilaf and asparagus.

Wine suggestion: Chardonnay or White Burgundy
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until thermometer reaches 165° F degrees. Broil on low 1-3 minutes until top is golden brown. ENJOY!
