Quiche Lorraine with Muffins

Description: Our wholesome quiche is filled with crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, onion, and seasonings. This timeless classic makes a delicious brunch or light supper entree. Serve with the mini-muffins we provide. (Available in full-size only)
Suggestions: Serve with mini-muffins (provided) and fresh fruit or our Signature Salad.

Wine suggestion: Chardonnay
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425° F. Carefully pour quiche mixture into pastry shell. Make foil "collar" and place over rim of crust to avoid over-browning. Place on cookie sheet & bake for 15 min. Reduce heat to 375° F and continue to bake for 30-35 more min. or until center is solid. (When knife comes out clean). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. ENJOY!
