| Baking & Cooking: |
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425° F. Carefully pour quiche mixture into pastry shell. Make foil "collar" and place over rim of crust to avoid over-browning. Place on cookie sheet & bake for 15 min. Reduce heat to 375° F and continue to bake for 30-35 more min. or until center is solid. (When knife comes out clean). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. ENJOY! |
