Mexican Pork in Tortillas

Description: Our tender pork shoulder is slow cooked with pinto beans, chile peppers, and spices until tender. It is then shredded and stuffed into flour tortillas (provided) with your favorite toppings.
Suggestions: Stuff shredded pork into flour tortillas (provided) with your favorite toppings. Suggested toppings: shredded lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream

Wine suggestion: White Zinfandel
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Add pinto beans to pork and pour into a slow-cooker coated with pan spray. Add water to cover pork. Cook covered on lowest setting 8-10 hrs. Remove pork and shred. Return to slow-cooker and stir. Serve in tortillas. ENJOY!
