Cordon Bleu Chicken

Description: An elegant entree of our plump chicken breasts stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese and lightly breaded. We make it so easy, you don't have to save it for a special occasion.
Suggestions: Serve with rice pilaf and a green salad.

Wine suggestion: Beaujolais
Baking & Cooking:
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake uncovered for 30 – 35 until thermometer reaches 165° F degrees. Broil on low 2-4 minutes until top is golden brown. ENJOY!
